Convention

Convention is the yearly business meeting of the Episcopal Diocese of Central New York. While each meeting is different, having a different theme, color and logo, the purpose of the meeting is always the same for representatives of the parishes to come together for times of worship, fellowship and to conduct Diocesan business. Attendees of Convention enjoy meals together, celebrate Eucharist, vote on the budget for the coming year, hear various reports, elect representatives to Diocesan bodies and vote on possible changes to the Contitutions and Canons, as well as other resolutions that come before Convention.
